Information We Collect

We collect data you provide directly during registration (name, corporate email, company, and sectors of interest) along with profile information returned by SSO providers (Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Graph API). We also record technical metadata (IP addresses, user agent, timestamps, and login history) strictly for security auditing and abuse prevention.

Purpose of Data Processing

We utilize your information to authenticate your identity, personalize your dashboard by user role, and run our bidirectional recommendation engine. We also asynchronously process public corporate contact information (via Apollo pipeline) to enrich your company profile and streamline pipeline activities.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or trade your data with advertising networks. We share details strictly with trusted infrastructure partners: Stripe and PayPal (for secure billing and subscription lifecycle), and Google Cloud Platform / Vertex AI (for database hosting and secure machine learning model execution).

Security, Storage & Retention

All user data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption in Google Cloud SQL. We retain your information as long as your account is active. Upon account deactivation, we automatically anonymize all personal identifiers (PII) to preserve general transaction statistics.

Your Rights & GDPR Compliance (Right to be Forgotten)

In accordance with GDPR, LGPD, and regional LATAM privacy frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Balam Tenders provides a self-service 'Right to be Forgotten' mechanism within your Account Settings panel to instantly scrub and anonymize your personal PII.
