By accessing or using Balam Tenders, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before utilizing our procurement intelligence platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Balam Tenders (operated by SolarKey LLC) provides its SaaS software, procurement databases, and tender prediction services under these Terms of Service. Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services.

Acceptable Use & API Restrictions

It is strictly prohibited to run automated scrapers, bots, or bulk data extraction tools against our public or private API endpoints. User accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing credentials or reselling access to Balam's intelligence without explicit authorization will result in immediate suspension without refund.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Paid plans (Pro & Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our secure processors (Stripe & PayPal). Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your Account Settings, taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

Intellectual Property & Algorithm Integrity

Balam Tenders, its logos, relational market graphs, machine learning models (LightGBM, Cox, Weibull), and the B2G Compliance Engine are the exclusive intellectual property of SolarKey LLC. Users receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to analyze data and download PDF reports or DOCX proposals for their business.

Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer of Counsel)

Balam Tenders provides an intelligence layer and predictive analysis to aid public procurement workflows. Under no circumstances does Balam Tenders act as legal counsel or a formal bidding representative. All bidding and commercial decisions are the user's sole responsibility; Balam does not guarantee the award of any contract.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any platform feature (including integrated portals, data coverage, and predictive models) to optimize system performance and security, providing reasonable advance notice of any material changes.
